If we identify a material pricing or description error affecting an order, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid for it, as required by law. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Ingredients and Allergens

Always read the label on the package you receive for current ingredients, allergen statements, nutrition information, storage instructions, and preparation directions. Recipes and packaging may change. If website information conflicts with the package or raises a safety concern, contact us before consuming the product.

Some Sofra Bites products contain wheat, soy, and milk. Other allergens may be present depending on the product and its ingredients. Do not assume any product is free from an allergen unless its current label expressly states that it is. Contact us before purchase if you have an allergy or dietary question. Orders and Payments

This section applies when Sofra Bites is the seller of record for a purchase through this website. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other mandatory charges will be disclosed before you submit the order.

An automated order receipt acknowledges that we received your request; it does not by itself confirm acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we send a confirmation expressly accepting the order or dispatch the products, whichever occurs first. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or a material error, subject to applicable law. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled items and related charges as applicable.

Frozen Food Shipping and Delivery

Online orders placed through sofrabites.com are fulfilled by our third-party cold-chain partner, Delivered Cold (deliveredcold.com), which handles frozen storage, packaging, and shipping on our behalf. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order will be processed and shipped by Delivered Cold under their operational procedures.

Delivery availability, shipping charges, estimated timing, and any pickup options are shown at checkout or in the shipping policy presented before purchase. Please provide an accurate delivery address and arrange prompt receipt of perishable products.

Follow the package’s storage and handling directions promptly after delivery. If a shipment is damaged, delayed, missing, or arrives in a condition that raises a food safety concern, do not consume the affected product. Contact info@sofrabites.com promptly with the order number, delivery details, and photographs if available. Keep packaging and lot information when safe to do so. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy consistent with the circumstances and applicable law. A carrier’s delivery estimate does not limit your legal rights.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide legally required notices and cancellation or refund options.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

To request cancellation or an address change, contact info@sofrabites.com as soon as possible. We may be unable to change an order once fulfillment begins.

Because frozen food is perishable, we generally do not accept physical returns for a change of mind after shipment. Do not return food without instructions from us. This does not restrict remedies for unsafe, damaged, incorrect, missing, or otherwise nonconforming goods, or any nonwaivable legal rights.

Report problems promptly so we can investigate. We may request reasonable supporting information and, depending on the issue, offer a replacement or refund. We will explain the remedy and timing. Any additional return or refund policy will be available before checkout; it will not reduce rights that cannot legally be waived.

Fulfillment Partner

Sofra Bites partners with Delivered Cold to store, package, and ship online orders. While Delivered Cold handles the physical fulfillment of your order, Sofra Bites remains your seller of record and your primary point of contact for any order issues, product quality concerns, or food safety questions. Please direct all order inquiries to info@sofrabites.com.

Your personal information shared with Delivered Cold is limited to what is necessary to fulfill and deliver your order, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Purchases Through Other Sellers

If you purchase through an independent retailer, marketplace, or distributor, that seller’s checkout, payment, delivery, and return terms govern its transaction with you. Contact that seller for order support. You may also contact Sofra Bites about product quality or safety. Nothing in this section excludes responsibilities imposed on us by law.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including Sofra Bites branding, text, photographs, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. You may view the website and download or print content for personal, noncommercial use. Other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires our prior written permission unless applicable law allows it.

Reviews and Submissions

If the website permits reviews or other submissions, you retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to host, display, reproduce, and format it to operate the website and display your review. Governing Law and Disputes

Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any court proceeding concerning these Terms may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless applicable law requires or protects another forum. Mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law and will apply prospectively. An order remains governed by the terms accepted when that order was placed.
